These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your enrolment in and use of the
Complete Learning Course and other services offered by
Nemtara Investment Advisors (OPC) Pvt Ltd (SEBI RIA: INA000022446,
GSTIN: 23AALCN0337R1Z3), operating the brand "Stocks With Rohit", Betul, Madhya Pradesh
("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling, making a payment, or using our website or mobile application,
you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Purpose Only — Not Investment Advice
The Complete Learning Course is an educational program intended to teach the concepts
and skills of stock-market analysis and trading. It does not constitute investment advice,
research recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, and it does not
provide any assurance or guarantee of profit or returns. Investment in the securities market is subject
to market risks; read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not
indicative of future results. Any decisions you make based on the course content are solely your own
responsibility, and we are not liable for any trading or investment losses.
Where we provide SEBI-registered investment advisory services, those are separate, agreement-based
services and are not part of this course. Nothing in the course creates an advisory relationship.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, phone, email, city and, where required, state) at the time of enrolment.
- Enrolment is personal to you and is confirmed once your payment is successfully received.
3. Fees, Payment & Access
- Course fees are as displayed at the time of enrolment and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for eligible payments.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- You may pay the full fee in one payment, or an advance to begin, with the balance payable as communicated. Any advance paid is adjusted against the total course fee.
- Course access is granted only after the applicable payment is received and is delivered through our online learning platform / mobile application.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because the course grants immediate access to digital educational content and materials,
fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted. If your payment fails,
is duplicated, or access is not delivered due to an error on our side, contact us within 7 days and we
will verify and issue an appropriate refund or resolve the access issue. Any refund that is approved is
processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within a reasonable time.
5. Licence, Content Use & Anti-Piracy
- On enrolment you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own learning only.
- The content is for the enrolled user only. You must not share your login, record, download (except where expressly allowed), reproduce, resell, sub-licence, publicly display or redistribute any part of the course.
- Course access may be device-limited and DRM/encryption protected. Attempting to bypass these protections, or sharing content, is a material breach and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to us.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including videos, recordings, notes, presentations, text, graphics, logos and
the "Stocks With Rohit" and "Nemtara Investment" brands — are the intellectual property of
Nemtara Investment Advisors (OPC) Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and
trademark laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited access licence described above.
7. User Conduct
- You will use the course and app lawfully and will not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the course or
these Terms shall not exceed the fee you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect,
incidental or consequential losses, or for any trading/investment losses arising from your own decisions.
9. Changes to the Course or Terms
We may update the course content, delivery schedule, or these Terms from time to time. The latest Terms
will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these
Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Betul, Madhya Pradesh.
